- Heartworm Detection
- Urinalysis
- Fecal Exams & Intestinal Parasite Testing
- Blood Chemistry Panels (to evaluate organ function)

- Feline Leukemia & Feline Immunodeficiency Virus Testing
Imaging
Digital Radiology (X-Rays)
Digital x-rays capture images of your pet's internal structures and transfer them immediately to a computer system.
Digital x-ray images have higher resolution and contrast than traditional x-rays do, and the software allows us to manipulate the x-rays images to achieve further diagnostic value. This technology also requires far less radiation, making them safer for your pet.
Digital x-rays make higher quality images available more quickly and safely, so that we can achieve more accurate diagnoses and more efficient treatment.
Ultrasound
Ultrasound technology creates images of your pet's internal systems by transmitting sound waves into the body.
Ultrasound allows us to distinguish fluids from soft tissue masses or foreign objects within the body, which can be difficult to do with an x-ray. This makes them useful in the diagnosis of hemoabdomen and pericardial effusion (blood in the abdomen and around the heart).
Technology
Cold Laser Therapy
Cold laser therapy is a noninvasive therapeutic procedure that uses light to increase blood flow and stimulate cell regrowth.
The laser energy helps desensitize pain receptors, reducing pain in your pet. There is also some evidence that low-powered laser treatment releases endorphins, the body's natural pain-killers.
We use cold laser therapy in the treatment of a variety of painful inflammatory conditions.
Endoscopy
Endoscopy is a minimally invasive procedure whereby our vets look into an organ or bodily cavity to gain diagnostic information.
Endoscopy allows us to evaluate an area of interest and obtain tissue for histopathologic evaluation.
It is a versatile tool that provides our team with a nonsurgical option for diagnosis of a variety of diseases and conditions.
On-Site Pharmacy
Our convenient pharmacy is located right in our office, and is always well stocked with a comprehensive range of medications and prescription diets.
With routine medications in stock (for things like pain control to parasite control) to specialized medications (for the treatment of specific medical conditions, like thyroid disease), you can fill and refill your pet’s prescriptions during your visits or at your convenience. Keeping our own pharmacy stocked also gives us quick access to any medications your pets may need while in our care.
